On April 2, President Zhao Changwen of the Center for International Knowledge on Development (CIKD), Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Mr. Li Yinsheng, Director of Strategy and Development Research Center of China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG), and Ms. Wang Ning, Deputy Director of International Affairs Management Center of CTG, to exchange views on cooperation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, global climate governance, offshore wind energy development, and China-ASEAN Knowledge Network for Development. Vice President Jiang Xiheng of CIKD presented the related research plan.

CTG participates in CIKD’s first flagship research and exchange program，the “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality: China’s Strategy and Global Outlook” . The flagship program aims at contributing to the fulfillment of China’s “30·60” targets and promoting exchange and mutual learning between China and the international community.
