HUANG Junling

He holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University.

He joined the China Three Gorges Corporation through the National Overseas High-Level Talent Recruitment Plan. Before joining the China Three Gorges Corporation, he was a Philomathia Research Fellow at the Berkeley Energy and Climate Institute of UC Berkeley from 2016 to 2018; a postdoctoral fellow at Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University from 2014 to 2016; an associate in Public Policy at John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University from 2016 to 2017; an associate in Applied Physics at John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Harvard University from 2015 to 2018.

His research interests include low-carbon energy economy transformation, climate change policy, and energy technology innovation policy.
